Library opens voting to pick 25 books for 2126 time capsule
From "1776" to "The Hunger Games," 91 nominees compete for 25 spots in the time capsule
The Stillwater Public Library has opened voting to narrow 91 nominated books, all written by American authors, to the 25 books that will be sealed in a time capsule until 2126, with the poll open through Aug. 31.
The vote is the next step in the library's America 250 project, which asks residents to identify American books that best support democracy in Stillwater a century from now.
